Assume current FundSpectrum Signal to be "Sell" on 28 April 2004


During a FundSectrum BUY signal:
1) Do not buy funds that have a negative Momentum.
2) Do not buy (or hold) funds with a RSI/Stochastic below 50.
3) Choose from funds with highest SmallCap correlation (preferably 90 to 100%).


During a FundSectrum SELL signal:
1) Do not buy funds that have negative Momentum.
2) Do not buy (or hold) funds with RSI/Stochastic under 50.
3) Prefer (inverse) funds with NEGATIVE SmallCap Correlation (-90 to -100%).
